Abstract:
Drawing from inconclusive result from previous research on gender diversity and innovation, this research aims to unpack the relationship between gender diversity and innovation in the context of technology new ventures team. By adopting institutional provisioning approach, this study examined both internal and external provisioning condition for digital social innovation in a gender-diverse team within technology new ventures.
