In the upcoming session, Nita will share her some bits from her PhD research entitled “Fact or Myth: Does Gender Diversity in a New Venture Team improve innovation?”   Abstract: Drawing from inconclusive result from previous research on gender diversity and innovation, this research aims to unpack the relationship between gender diversity and innovation in the context of technology new ventures team.
